Adventures of Sherlock Holmes is a collection of short stories written by Arthur
Conan Doyle. The amount of short stories in this book is twelve. The book is
great for the readers because Sherlock Holmes is the famous detective of the
writer and he loves to write about it. The short stories in this book were originally
published in a magazine one by one in July 1891 to June 1892 and they were the
very first of Sherlock Holmes stories. Then they were collected by George
