The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes is a collection of short stories written by Arthur Conan Doyle. The amount of short stories in this book is twelve. The book is great for the readers because Sherlock Holmes is the famous detective of the writer and he loves to write about it. The short stories in this book were originally published in a magazine one by one in July 1891 to June 1892 and they were the very first of Sherlock Holmes stories. Then they were collected by George Newnes Ltd and published as a book.

Sir Alex Ferguson writes his autobiography after his retirement from Manchester United as a manager. The title of the book is Sir Alex Ferguson Autobiography and the book is very popular among the people because of the writer popularity. A reporter of daily telegraph Jim White said that “several dozen football correspondents were made to line up in the rain outside the publisher’s office to get their hands on a copy. We could almost hear Ferguson’s mocking laughter as we lined up, like JK Rowling fans waiting for the latest Harry Potter.”

It is a fact that Sir Alex Ferguson’s life cannot be described if we want to do it in just a book but he try to only write the major parts and especially the 26 years experience with Manchester United. He also tells in his book the fectors of his resignation from Manchester United and clears that it has nothing to do with any personal and also with the Chief Executive’s of the club. He also described that he was so impressed by David Moyes and he also thinks that he is the right person to lead the club after his retirement. He also describe in this book that how he changed his method of managing the team and club, and most important for the readers that he writes his final speeches to the players and staff as well in this book. To know more about what he writes in his book you have to read the book yourself because some things are just unexplainable by me.
